Turning the Place Over
August 2, 2008 8:28 pmThis is another great piece of public art in Liverpool. This is on Moorfields and is called Turning the Place Over. It’s part of this years Biennial. It’s wierd but somehow quite cool. Why? Is all the springs to mind.
